Liberal Arts Lady said...: Definitely, though it may or may not actually offset the difference between buying a GOOD boiler and an acceptable one. Here I get to balance my environmental ethics versus my checkbook, plus the fact that we don't plan on living in this house forever regardless of tenure results.
